IZZY’S KIDS CLUB

Kids Club Rules

Our mission is to provide a fun, safe, and educational night for all club members. We ask that members follow 5 simple rules:

1. We treat all kids club members and club leaders with respect.

2. We use our listening ears and follow directions.

3. We keep our hands, feet, and mouth to ourselves. (No hitting, kicking, biting, etc.)

4. We speak kindly to each other. (No name-calling, swearing, or screaming).

5. We have fun and explore STEAM!

*Please note that Izzy’s Kids Club does utilize a time-out policy for not following club rules. Any child who receives 2 or more time-outs will be sent home.

Safety and security are a top priority at Discovery World.

• All club members are checked in and out. We keep an approved pick-up list in case someone we do not recognize comes for pick-up.

• Kids never travel unattended, and headcounts are always performed when traveling in the museum or going outside to our fenced-in backyard.

• All Discovery World employees and volunteers are background checked and well-trained. Our facility is equipped with over 25 cameras.

• The doors remain locked at all times.

• In case of any emergency, our staff are trained and will contact you once your child is in a safe place, and we can call.

• If you have any questions about our emergency protocols or safety-related matters, do not hesitate to ask.
